ULTRALITE G10 Warranty: This product is covered by the supplier’s limited warranty. The warranty is provided by the supplier and is subject to their warranty terms and conditions.

• 5-Year Frame Warranty
• 1-Year Motor Warranty
• 1-Year Controller Unit Warranty
• 1-Year Batteries Warranty
• 1-Year Joystick Controller Warranty

Warranty Exclusions

To help clarify warranty coverage, the following situations are not included under our supplier’s limited warranty policy.

• Damage to the power chair caused by exceeding the weight limit of 300Ibs.
• Damage to the power chair caused by accidents or natural disasters.
• Damage to the power chair due to improper use and handling.
• Modifying power chair with unauthorized installation of components not from Forcemech.
• Charging the powerchair with a 3rd party charger that resulted in damage to the chair and/or the battery.
• Consumables such as cushions, tires and bearings are not covered.
• This warranty does not apply to routine maintenance and adjustments.
• This warranty only applies to the original buyer and is not transferable.
