Warranty Exclusions

To help clarify warranty coverage, the following situations are not included under our supplier’s limited warranty policy.

  • Damage to the power chair caused by exceeding the weight limit of 397lbs.
  • Damage to the power chair caused by accidents or natural disasters.
  • Damage to the power chair due to improper use and handling.
  • Modifying power chair with unauthorized installation of components not from Forcemech.
  • Consumables such as cushions, tires and bearings are not covered.
  • This warranty does not apply to routine maintenance and adjustments.
  • This warranty only applies to the original buyer, and is not transferable.
