OAS AIR ULTRA Warranty: This product is covered by the supplier’s limited warranty. The warranty is provided by the supplier and is subject to their warranty terms and conditions.

  • All other parts and components – 1 year

Our supplier agrees to repair, free of charge, any defects in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, or to replace the product with an equivalent refurbished unit. Shipping, packaging, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All warranty claims require proof of purchase and the product’s serial number.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

  • Equipment failures resulting from misuse or negligence by the owner.
  • Parts requiring periodic replacement due to normal wear and tear.
  • Performance issues caused by normal use and aging, including deterioration of surface coatings or plating, or natural fading of resin.
  • Consumable items subject to wear, such as tires, plastic components, glass components, and lubricants.
  • Repair costs incurred at any unauthorized service center.
  • Failure to perform regular inspections as specified in the user manual.
  • Improper or inadequate maintenance of the product.
  • Any unauthorized repairs of the product.
  • Operating the product in a manner inconsistent with the user manual, including overloading the wheelchair or using it in an abusive manner.
  • Any unauthorized modifications to the wheelchair.
  • Damage caused by external factors such as smoke, chemicals, bird droppings, acid rain, flying stones, or metal dust.
  • Damage caused by natural disasters, including typhoons, floods, fires, or earthquakes.

Environmental Notice

Please do not discard the wheelchair, its parts, or the battery. To protect the environment, return them to us by contacting us via email or follow your local disposal regulations.

Should I choose OAS Air Pro or OAS Air Ultra?

If your body type is standard, we generally recommend OAS Air Pro. 

If you have a larger body frame and need more space and support, choose OAS Air Ultra.

OAS Air Pro Seat width: 16.5 inches

Weight capacity: 260 lbs

Designed for: most average/standard body types

OAS Air Ultra Seat width: 17.8 inches

Weight capacity: 300 lbs

Designed for: users with a larger body type who need a wider seat and higher weight limit

Simple rule of thumb

If you have a standard body size and don’t feel you need extra width → Air Pro is usually the better, lighter choice.

If you have a bigger build (wider hips/shoulders or close to/above 260 lbs) and want more room and support → Air Ultra is the safer, more comfortable option.

Can I take the wheelchair on an airplane?

Yes, in most cases you can, but it always depends on the airline’s policy and the battery rules. For OAS Air series (Air Pro / Air Ultra), the batteries are designed to be airline-friendly, but you still need to follow these general steps: Contact your airline in advance.

Reach out to the airline at least a few days before your flight.

Tell them you are traveling with a foldable electric wheelchair with lithium batteries.

Remove and carry the battery in your hand luggage. Most airlines require lithium batteries to be removed from the wheelchair and carried in the cabin, not in checked baggage.

Turn off the chair and remove the battery before boarding. Let the airline staff know at check-in and at the gate

Inform them that the wheelchair is foldable.The chair is usually taken at the gate and stored in the aircraft hold, then returned to you at arrival.

Bring the battery label/info. Keep a photo or document of the battery voltage (V) and capacity (Ah / Wh) on your phone. If airline staff ask, you can quickly show that it meets their lithium battery limits.

Can I fit the OAS Air Ultra into my car trunk?

Yes, in most cases you can.
When folded, the OAS Air Ultra is approximately:

L 26.0" × W 13.8" × H 28.3"
(about 660 × 350 × 720 mm)

This size is similar to a medium suitcase and can fit into the trunk of most sedans, hatchbacks, and SUVs.

A few tips:

We recommend removing the battery first to make the chair lighter and easier to lift.

Always check your trunk opening width and depth. As long as the opening is wider than about 26 inches, you should be able to load it.

If you or your caregiver are not comfortable lifting heavier items, consider lifting together with two people or using a small ramp or assistive device.

Can I use the wheelchair outdoors? On grass, gravel, or ramps?

Yes, you can use air ultra outdoors. Best on sidewalks, paved paths, short grass and packed gravel; avoid deep gravel/mud. Handles curb ramps and slopes up to ~15° with care.

Can I use the wheelchair in the rain?

The wheelchair has a water resistance rating of IPX4, which means it can handle light splashes from any direction.
However, we do not recommend driving it in the rain.

IPX4 is designed for light splashing, not for heavy rain, puddles, or high-pressure water.
Long-term exposure to rain may affect the electronic components, battery, and connectors.

For safety, please avoid using the wheelchair in rainy weather or on very wet surfaces.

If you are caught in light rain:
Try to find shelter as soon as possible.
Do not drive through deep puddles or standing water.
After use, wipe the chair and joystick dry and let it air out in a cool, dry place.
