OAS CRUISE PRO Warranty: This product is covered by the supplier’s limited warranty. The warranty is provided by the supplier and is subject to their warranty terms and conditions.

  • Frame – 5 years
  • All other parts and components – 1 year

Our supplier agrees to repair, free of charge, any defects in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, or to replace the product with an equivalent refurbished unit. Shipping, packaging, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All warranty claims require proof of purchase and the product’s serial number.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

  • Equipment failures resulting from misuse or negligence by the owner.
  • Parts requiring periodic replacement due to normal wear and tear.
  • Performance issues caused by normal use and aging, including deterioration of surface coatings or plating, or natural fading of resin.
  • Consumable items subject to wear, such as tires, plastic components, glass components, and lubricants.
  • Repair costs incurred at any unauthorized service center.
  • Failure to perform regular inspections as specified in the user manual.
  • Improper or inadequate maintenance of the product.
  • Any unauthorized repairs of the product.
  • Operating the product in a manner inconsistent with the user manual, including overloading the wheelchair or using it in an abusive manner.
  • Any unauthorized modifications to the wheelchair.
  • Damage caused by external factors such as smoke, chemicals, bird droppings, acid rain, flying stones, or metal dust.
  • Damage caused by natural disasters, including typhoons, floods, fires, or earthquakes.

Environmental Notice

Please do not discard the wheelchair, its parts, or the battery. To protect the environment, return them to us by contacting us via email or follow your local disposal regulations.

Choose OAS Cruise Pro if you want maximum comfort and support for longer rides—especially if you prefer a reclining backrest + headrest, a wider fit (17.7" / 45cm seat and 20.1" / 51cm inner armrest space), and a higher weight capacity (up to 350 lbs) for added stability and peace of mind. It’s a great choice for bigger builds, longer outings, and users who sit for extended periods (appointments, errands, day trips).

Choose OAS Air Pro if you prioritize lightweight portability and compact storage—ideal for quick daily trips, tight indoor spaces, and situations where a caregiver needs to lift and load the chair more often. Air Pro is best for users who want a simpler, travel-friendly setup and don’t need recline or extra-wide support.

Quick rule of thumb:

  • All-day comfort + recline + wider/stronger → Cruise Pro
  • Lightest, most compact, easiest to lift → Air Pro

Can I take the wheelchair on an airplane?

Yes — Cruise Pro can be taken on an airplane, and its lithium battery is designed to be TSA/airline-friendly.

Can I fit the OAS Cruise Pro into my car trunk?

Yes — Cruise Pro can fit in most car trunks thanks to its foldable design. When folded, it measures 40 × 64 × 77 cm (15.7 × 25.2 × 30.3 in).

That said, it is heavier than ultra-light travel chairs, so loading it into a trunk may take two people or a simple assist device such as a portable ramp or car trunk lift/hoist—especially if you’re lifting on your own.

Can I use the wheelchair outdoors? On grass, gravel, or ramps?

Yes — Cruise Pro can be used outdoors, and it handles smooth sidewalks, park paths, and gentle ramps very well.

  • Grass: Works best on short, dry, well-kept grass. Thick or wet grass can reduce traction and range.
  • Gravel: OK on packed, fine gravel. Loose, deep gravel may feel unstable and require slower speed and more care.
  • Ramps: Suitable for most everyday ramps when taken slowly and straight. Avoid steep angles, uneven surfaces, or sudden turns on a ramp.

For the safest, smoothest ride: keep speed low on rough surfaces, go straight over bumps, and avoid off-road terrain (mud, sand, deep gravel).

Can I use the wheelchair in the rain?

The wheelchair has a water resistance rating of IPX4, which means it can handle light splashes from any direction.

However, we do not recommend driving it in the rain.

IPX4 is designed for light splashing, not for heavy rain, puddles, or high-pressure water.
Long-term exposure to rain may affect the electronic components, battery, and connectors.

For safety, please avoid using the wheelchair in rainy weather or on very wet surfaces.

If you are caught in light rain:
Try to find shelter as soon as possible.
Do not drive through deep puddles or standing water.
After use, wipe the chair and joystick dry and let it air out in a cool, dry place.
